Gigabyte 7VAXP + XP2200 problems

I can't seem to boot my new pc when running full clock speed. I have a Gigabyte 7VAXP mobo with a XP2200. When I run it on the regular settings of a fsb of 133, it'll post, but freezes afterwards. It won't show my XP splash screen. If i run it at a 100 fsb, it'll boot no prob. Does anyone have any suggestions??? Is it a possible lemon board? I've heard that these Gigabyte boards aren't the greatest. Some are good while some aren't. Please help!

I have the same motherboard and possibly the same memory with the XP 1800 and an older Geforce GTS-V card. It also freezes on a regular (but inconsistant) basis. Based on recommendations here a few months ago, I boosted the vcore, ddr and one other setting in the bios and the problems lessened but haven't gone away. Microsoft's WinXP crash program often tells me that Nvidia's newest drivers fix the problem but that isn't at all true. If you come up with any other solutions, please let me know.
