I recently bought this motherboard and a Celeron D 325J CPU with hopes of a high overclock. After I purchased this, I found out that it does not have a PCI lock on it. BIOS shows an option for it, but general reports says that it does not lock the bus. With this, I can only push my system to about 160FSB before I start having problems with my SATA drive (will not detect after restart, only on cold boot). The board will not POST at all above 180FSB. It is not CPU related, as it runs 175FSB @ 1.275V, and upping does not help it. Playing with memory timings does not help it.
I would like to just be able to boot it on up to 200FSB, which I would think it'd work at it, since it does supports P4 800FSB chips, however, I cannot. My problem with this is that the BIOS will only let me run my memory @ 500 DDR, or roughly 250MHz. I am able to set the frequency higher, but I am not able to lower the memory settings to match my FSB. I've seen revews of the Duo Pro-A board that has allowed for this, but on my board, I cannot set it to the FSB. Anybody else have this motherboard and can shed some help would be appreciated. I did not expect to have a celeron and only be able to run a little over 3ghz with it
