Gigabyte B85-HD3 and DDR3L RAM compatibility

I am planning to buy this budget Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 motherboard. After reading about memory I found that DDR3L is better than DDR3 in terms of heat and durability. So, after looking for a DDR3L RAM I found this:

G.skill RipjawsX 8GB 2x4gb DDR3 1600Mhz CL9 1.35v Dual Channel Kit.

The GA-B85-HD3 page on Gigabyte says it supports 1.5v. So, my question here. Does this mobo support 1.35v or is it going to cause problems? Also, if I buy this kit and decide to upgrade in the future. Will I be able to use 1.5v 8GB chip for an upgrade or must I find a 1.35v chips? Thanks.

DDR3L is better than DDR3

it all depend on latency.and ddr3l is lower in voltage.Exemple if you get the same set in hyperX the voltage will be 1.65

Look at 5-Support for Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules.you will have to set it manual.
