Yea guys ewiz is not the only one that has this policy- Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. Newegg.com is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. Retail products are accompanied by the original manufacturer warranty. Newegg.com does not offer any technical support or sales advice. Customer pays return shipping charges for all RMA services. Newegg.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
althought i havent seen newegg mess up on pricing, it is there incase they do. so $hit happens.
Actually they have, many times. Each time someone makes a pricing mistake on newegg though, NewEgg honors thier price. I'll never buy anything from a company who has no accountability for thier own mistakes.
That is plain idiotic. that they dont honor their mistakes , so you wont buy from them?
its not like ewiz does this every week or something. the only reason every store puts those disclaimers on everything is people like you class action lawsuited buy.com 6-7 years ago for a 19" monitor for $120 that really cost $600 or something.
Well, its easy to see that you don't think you should be accountable for your own mistakes
Hans. I'm to the point in my life where I started openly taking credit for my mistakes and paying my dues, then I abruptly go on with my life. Without accountability you're just another worthless prick who thinks they are above being held responsible for thier own actions.
I'm on the other end of the scope compared to eWiz when it comes to finances, but at least I keep to my word. If I screw up and tell someone something then it turns out I was wrong, I bite the bullet. You have no clue how much I've paid out of my pocket to cover my lazy or just plain shoot first look later mistakes. Everytime I screw up a price quote here in the shop I give the customer the part at the orriginal quoted price then I just cover the mistake by working off the clock till my mistake is covered.
I suppose the people at eWiz believes that if they point a gun at someone then pull the trigger, they aren't responsible for what happens next ? Sad thing is, its the same thing as what your worthless company did with that video card. You screwed up and you don't think you're accountable for it.
I think this thread needs to be locked before the forum catches fire. Obviously eWiz has no interest in honouring thier prices so who wants to deal with them ? SHipping is higher than newegg, prices are higher than newegg, thier standards are lower than newegg. Will it never end ? I see reduced sales for eWiz in the future if this keeps up.
