Directly from Gigabyte's motherboard listing:
P35-DQ6
P35-DS4
P35-DS3P
P35-DS3R
P35-DS3
P35-S3
---
P35T-DQ6
P35T-DS4
P35C-DS3R
"T" represents DDR3 RAM slots. "C" is short for "Combination" as the "C" DS3R is identical except it offers 4 DDR2 slots, and 2 DDR3 slots on the same board, for a total of 6 slots. So in effect the non-"C" DS3R does not have the 2 extra DDR3 slots.
DS3, DS3R, and S3 boards only offer a single PCIe 16x slot and no firewire. All of the other boards offer firewire and 2 PCIe 16x slots in a 16x+4x config including the DQ6. Another big difference is that there are three types of chipset coolers used, with only the DQ6 and DS4 offering the full "heatpipe towers" cooling. The DS3P offers a cutdown version minus southbridge+VREG heatpiping, and the DS3R comes in with just a smaller but still massive block of extruded aluminum.
All these boards come with solid ferrite core capacitors (except the basic "S3"), support 1333FSB, QuadCore processors, and offer future 45nm Penryn support.
Currently in stock @ ClubIT:
P35-DQ6 $240
P35-DS3P $174
P35-DS3R $133
P35C-DS3R $156
VR-Zone has a review of the P35-DS3R here: http://www.vr-zone.com/?i=4966 They reached 575FSB with a X6800. Good way to make a great first impression!
Two boards expected around the end of July to early August:
