The girl's being a spoiled "kid". The lawyer guy giving her a home and financial funding for the lawsuit is the enabler of this entire "game".
And damn. Read on Dailymail that the two parents clear $250k to $300k. Nice... Unfortunately, that's probably why the lawyer is helping.
Sounds just about right. The problem is when you have parents in that bracket, they do want to raise their kids in a way that they do not have to work for anything. Everything they want is given to them, handed on a silver platter.
Is it me or do the parents seem so ready to flush their child down the drain? I guess they can afford to hire someone else to take care of them in their old age, or at least feel their own blood-kin will abuse them.

The accusations against the father are extremely weak.
The sad part is though even if she loses she probably will still end up costing her parents 10-30k or more + waste lot of their time.
The lawsuit system really needs to be fixed. It should work more like a casino game. The person that loses has to pay the winner, no matter which way you go. So when you decide to sue someone for say, 5mil, then you are betting on that, and if you lose, you owe the person 5mil + their lawyer fees. Bet that would help fix these ridiculous lawsuits. People would only sue if they really think they have a solid case. On the other hand sometimes there are valid lawsuits that are lost simply because the attacker has more money, so maybe this would not work well in all situations.
Maybe the lawyer who brought the case should be held to pay...legal fees or the amount of the lawsuit.
I don't know how this girl will ever get a job when she is older. Everybody knows about this case.
