You know you have 2 choices:

1.) get over it. Look at it as something she wanted to do and treat her as you'd like to be treated if you wanted to do something. Be supportive. This is what attracted me to my ex gf before distance pushed us apart *sad*. She would support me if i wanted to rob a bank. She was always there to greet me with a smile and always spoke with me about doubts and offered constructive ideas.

2.) Speak with her about it. Tell her that it really does bother you and you'd prefer if she didn't do it...but if she really wants it to happen, that you'll support her.

Note that both of these have you supporting her. Why? Because if you let it "slide" and brood about it, kiss the relationship goodbye. If you try and force her to fly your way, say sayonara to you two. If it's really such an uncomprimisable position...you might as well end it.

See, I get that distinction. I've seen people talk about women are sexual creatures too (duh) and art and beauty and so on.

When you agree to take your clothes off to sexually stimulate a stranger in exchange for money you've whored yourself out.

What I don't get is why others don't make the distinction. Not about nudity, not about being sexy, it's about making money in a certain way. I've had people tell me there's nothing wrong with prostitution either, just another way to make a living. Also been told Playboy isn't pornography, and more recently that anything not showing penetration isn't pornographic. Been told a lot of things I disagree with. Sure a lot will disagree with my view. But in an age where streetwalker fashion is within norms and the word pimp has come to be used in place of cool, I thought I'd share my view one last time before it's so entirely out of touch that none will follow it, muchless agree.

I agree with you. Something must be said for one's character. Regardless of what the "politically correct" people may say, you cannot act without being judged on your actions.

That's a different matter. Pasts should certainly be taken into account when entering into a relationship, but people can and do change. Just because someone did X doesn't mean they're going to do Y later.

My disagreement comes from I was reading of "people doing X shouldn't be judged for doing X". And please don't bother with that 'you shouldn't judge others' garbage. That's Sesame Street thinking, fine to use as a rough guide to get a point across to a zoned out four year old, but some can't seem to let it go as they grow up. We certainly do judge others for compatibility in thoughts, beliefs and behaviors when choosing them as friends and partners.
