Here is some serious advice.

The easiest way to get over a girl is to cut off all contact with them. If you keep talking to them, you will rekindle your feelings for each other, but the problem that made you break up will still be there. You might get back together and then break up again, causing more pain. I learned this the hard way, trust me.

So that being said, if you didn't want to talk to her, why did you answer the phone when she called?

Do girls not understand what "Please don't call me for a while" means? Does two weeks seem like enough time to wait until I'm over her and ready to "just be friends?"

And yes, I'm sure she didn't want to get back together. Her best friend talked to her after, and she called in hope of us becoming frends again.

Girls suck.

Chin up, young fella. I'm not trying to be patronizing, just don't feel so bad - it'll get better. I had my first real love when I was 16 and we dated until I was 23. that breakup was rough and I'm still a bit jaded after that, so I understand how you feel. but remember this - you have to keep trying until you find that one. some people find that one after 3 relationship.. some find that one after 99.. Just make sure you have fun those 99 times too
