can i ask you how you freeze your meat to make sure it tastes good after thawing?
It always seems that when i freeze steak or chicken that it tastes bad... even if i use freezer bags and foil.
the place i get it wraps it in butcher paper (the best solution) and flash freeze it. WE just then throw it in the deepfreezer. NOT the freezer with the fridge. it just does not get cold enough.
edit: oh should mention its wraped in plastic first the butcher paper. I had it in the deep freezer for 11 months and NO freezer burn.
