i was just pondering this thought, and wondered what others had ot think about it.
over in the US they are appealing for as many people as possible to give blood all over the country, now that the survivors that they have are as "stable" as they are going to get, and i cant forsee many more people being dragged out of the mess alive i am wondering why there is a strong appeal for blood.
i could understand them desperately neededing blood in the New York / Washington area but i dont understand why it is needed all over the country, as the US is a pretty large place.
the only reasons i could think of is that perhaps the government is getting its banks up all over the country as it is expecting other attacks perhaps? or is it simply that blood levels were pretty low in general and this is a good time with the high public interest to bring up the levels at this awful time.
i was just typing out my thoughts outloud and this is my first post on the forum since the tragedy of a few days ago, and i want the people of the US to know that the UK is firmly behind them in terms of support/respect and military action.
