i emailed my friend with UPS tracking number and gmail somehow reads it and provide the link to the UPS tracking system right in the same page. very conviniet, i thought.
i emailed another friend who has XXX@umich.edu address and gmail provides link to school, online shops that sells wolverine stuff, etc. now i'm scared a bit.
basically gmail is spoofing my emails and it's getting better every seconds. i'm only beginning to realize the implication of this technology. maybe our gov't already secretly ordered google to forward email to them when gmail finds emails with a word 'bomb', 'screw america', etc. gmail has the power to find out if you are having an affair, extorting money, or god-knows-what.
but what about the right to privacy?
