That was a pretty exciting finish I'm glad the Patriots won. Even though I'm a 49er fan, I still root for the Patriots sometimes. It's probably because I lived in Boston for about 2 years not too long ago. Woohoo, go Pats.

ah well, what an amazing finish though eh? Even though I wanted the Rams to win you cant help but to admire that. 48 yard field goal, one second left, simply amazing

As I was watching the game, I couldn't help but think about how underrated the Pats were and did not get the respect they deserved.

This reminded me of the 1994-1995 Houston Rockets. That year, the Rockets beat the Jazz, the Suns, and the Spurs to take the Western final. They went on to face the heavily favored Orlando Magic (with Shaq and Penny Hardaway) - and swept them. They were the 6th seed in the West, and went on to win the whole thing... They were the lowest seed to ever win it all.

Rudy Tomjanovich, the Rockets' coach, said afterwards, "Never underestimate the heart of a champion."

The Patriots were underestimated, but their performance today showed that within them beats the heart of a champion.

Pat fans, Congratulations. You have waited a long time, and you deserve it. Cherish the moment.

Ummmm....the Houston Rockets should have an asterisk next to their name for winning championships during years that M.J. didn't play the entire season (well, in 94-95 he came back and played in about 17 games, but didn't have his legs)......

Did anybody else here go to downtown Boston after the game? It was a pretty crazy scene down by Quincy Market. After 16 years a pro championship has returned to Boston, the GREATEST CITY IN AMERICA!!!

A great SB game with the greatest ending ever. IT wasn't the offensive showcase, the defense played a big part of this game for both teams.

first time since 1986 and Larry Bird's Celtic's teams have we had a national championship here in New England.

Yeah is was such a great game that nobody except New England fans are still talking about it.

Actually it looked like two pathetic Offenses getting whooped on by half decent Defenses. Put either of these Teams against a great Niner or Dallas team (hell even a not so great Denver Super Bowl Team) and they'd get blown out in the first quarter. The state oif Proffesional Football has sunk so low that this is callerd a great game. Yeah right jusdt like the Ravens were a great Super Bowl team last year. Face it these teams would be lucky to finish .500 if they were playing with the same personel back in 1992. Warner looked like a Lard Butt running around out there and Brady looked like he didn't even belong on the feild most of the time.

Of course you guys don't remember the great teams so to you this Lambs vs Patricia's Super Bum looked good.
