It's always live except certain hours such as 7:00 PM-8:00 PM which is a replay of a show that runs from like 2-6 PM.
You need to listen to the shows often to get some of the jokes since they're inside jokes. Also, the show that's online right now used to be called the Conway and Whitman show but Whitman left a week ago, so now he has no co-host which = less fun/funny.
I really like the afternoon show (Frosty Heidi and Frank) as well as the show from 11:00 - 3:00 AM and I used to like the Conway and Whitman show till he left.

Wasnt krock all talk like 6 months ago themselves then went back to rock? If its the one I used to listen to it was great. Doghouse(ok show) Nick DiPaolo (hilarious) and then The Radio Chick (pretty good)
