This is going to get me flamed to a crisp, but they're both sexual acts that aren't mainstream, and that are considered morally wrong by many.

My objection to incest (although i support it being legal) is based almost entirely on logical/scientific grounds. I think having people who have offspring in an incestous relationship spoils our gene pool. Also, screwing someone who is a family memeber is creepy. I think it should be legal though.

I see no moral objections to homosexuality other than, 'the bible told me so'. Equating the two is retarded.

you should hang around kids more. our gene pool was spoiled awhile ago.

If incest was as common as pregnant women who drink or smoke, then incest would contribute much more to the mutation of the gene pool, even considering that not all encounters result in pregnancy. It's better to keep it an uncommon (illegal) practice while it's still not impossible to control (like drunken pregnancies).

The danger of biological defect is significant, but if there is no expectation of producing offspring with the coupling, I have no objection with sexual activity of any kind between any consenting adults. To make any such activity "illegal" is nothing more than legislating morality.
