Cheap is relative...we pay more in electrical bills for increased A/C use...but at a lesser rate than PG&E customers...

BUT, our housing is still more expensive than many parts of the country. (or was until the meltdown)

We talked about giving it to Mexico along with parts of Cali for other reasons then you think but I am not sure they would even want it.
