Just realized as sad as she is.. Republicans will be drawn to the book because of how much she is ridiculed by those opposite of her
I suspect dahunan is correct, therefore may I suggest a catchy Palin book title like MY Struggle,
which in German would be Mein Kamf. Another best seller of yesteryear. To my knowledge, no deleb agent has copyrighted the phrase.

Yep. I've always said jealousy is the most evil emotion.

Keep it up, keep doing what the left is doing. I beg you to please keep it up.

You really don't get it do you.
Had McCain gone with some safe white male like Pawlenty, Obama rather then beating McCain (52.9% to 45.7%) would have had a landslide victory not seen since Reagan beat Mondale in '84 (58.8% to 40.6%). Palin brought out the conservative base who would never would have voted for McCain due to his being such a moderate.
Now, did some Republicans not vote for McCain because of her? Possibly. But I think that many of those Republicans got snookered into the whole Hope and Change con and would have voted Obama no matter who he would have picked.
But there is still the unanswered question out there. If Palin is such a idiot (although compared to Biden, shes a genius), then why is the mainstream media after her so much even a year after the election?

Because she keeps placing herself in the spotlight? If the media didn't cover whatever stunt she is currently pulling, the right wing media would be screaming about how the MSM is ignoring Palin. When they do cover whatever she does, they complain that they put her in a bad light. Also, you think the media is "after" her, its hilarious, true wingnut thinking there.
How exactly do you cover quitting a job of being a Governor because its too hard in a good light?
This book will sell a ton as people need their echo chamber. But selling well isn't a good measure of quality, as Dan Brown would be one of the greatest writers of all time by that measure.

She keeps placing herself in the spotlight? How? Making comments on Facebook? Giving a speech in Hong Kong that was closed to the public/press (and therefore out of the spotlight)?
The fact is the media is keeping her in the spotlight.

I am wondering if the book will wind up being a highly effective populist call to arms and will sway a great number of dissatisfied voters to reject incumbency no matter what the party affiliation.
Remember, Palin gained great credibility and popularity by removing corrupt Republicans before she took on the Democrats. She is really an independent reformer more than she is a Republican Party loyalist.
My thoughts, and the polls confirm this, are that the country is ready to chuck the whole gaggle of self serving politicians now in power out and start fresh. Obama, the Ineffective One, represents one direction and Palin represents the other. That is why Obama waged his campaign against Palin and not McCain.
Sorry, partisans, your flackery is not going to be worth beans if this underlying dissatisfaction finds a coherent voice. And Palin might just be that voice, if not the actual politician that rises to represent this broad dissatisfaction.
Books are still powerful. They are espousals of ideals and of intent. Some serve to confirm entrenched positions and others serve to break them down. My guess is that Palin's book will attempt the latter.
No, books written by well known people with 53% unfavorable ratings do not sway popular opinion. Republicans will buy her book by the truckload, some of the rest of the people will buy it to look at the train wreck and be turned off by it's self serving narrative.
Oh, and Obama did not campaign against Palin because she represented a threat to the established order. (hahahahaha) He campaigned against her because she was a super easy target, her ignorance and stupidity combined to make her the McCain campaign's greatest vulnerability, and because her nomination cut against the central platform of attack that the McCain campaign had been using up to her nomination.
Palin's book will be extremely forgettable, lasting about 1 week's worth of news after its release.

IIRC, The Democrats did not run against her. They did not want to appear to be bullies and make her a martyr.
