I am thinking of getting the Citypass I have a question or 2
Space Needle
Seattle Aquarium
Argosy Cruises Seattle Harbor Tour
Pacific Science Center
EMP Museum
Woodland Park Zoo
Are all included

But there is also the Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, would it even be worth it to go after going to the citypass locations?

and what else should I go to?

I have children, we will also go see childrens museum, the troll, and dash point park

I liked going to the fisherman's wharf area, kinda cool seeing them toss the fish and stuff and there are tons of shops and things to see in that area. Unless that's the Argosy harbor tour. Not sure.

Eat at Ray's Boat House at sunset. Sit outside. Awesome food and view. Take the blankets when they offer them.

Pt. Defiance is nice but not after seeing Woodland park. If you go to Fisherman's wharf, be sure to go to the Ballard Locks while you are there. The sockeye salmon are running and the kids will enjoy seeing that at the fish ladder. It is a nice park and botanical gardens as well.

yes, go to Westlake Center and walk around, down to Pike Place. You can ride the monorail to Westlake from Seattle center. It goes through the EMP!

Pt. Defiance has some different animals than the Woodland Park Zoo and Seattle Aquarium. I wouldn't go out of your way unless you're really into critters like Polar Bears and whatever they have there. I would recommend the Museum of Flight instead, it's closer and adds a bit of variety to what you're doing.

And as others say, take a stroll through Pike Place Market and Seattle Center. If you find yourself with extra time grab some fast food type fish and chips at Sunfish on Alki Beach in West Seattle and play on the beach for a few minutes (assuming it's nice out). You could also take a Ferry Boat ride over to Bremerton and back if you've never done that.

I agree with the others, Point Defiance Zoo isn't worth the 40 mile drive if you're going to Woodland Park Zoo. The Ballard Locks is also nice to see this time of year (as someone else pointed out, and the Troll is on the way).

Some other suggestions:
Red Mill Burger (near Woodland Park Zoo)
Green Lake (near Woodland Park Zoo)
Ferris wheel on the pier (they just opened it, you can see it from 1st and University Ave)
Golden Gardens (just a bit further from the Ballard Locks)
Gasworks Park (Wallingford)
Kerry Park (Queen Anne)
Mt. Rainier (if you want to make the trip)
University of Washington (it seems to be a tourist attraction?)
