I should have bought it in the 90's when it was $150 an ounce. Gold and Silver were such horirble investments back then, all they did was drop in price. As our economy gets better the price will continue to fall so who ever is in the link must think the economy is going into the crapper soon.

Doubtful...but if it ever hits anywhere close to $50k, make sure to look to buy some of Powershares Double-Gold Short ETF shares (dzz) to really strike gold on the way down. These inverse ETFs allow you to bet against metals and commodities.
