Dirk came out from under his rock finally. I guess Avery finally lit a match under him. Game 6 is going to be epic!
and i've never seen so many 3's jacked up!

How do you call that a close out?

they were leading by 21 in the 2nd quarter. the game should've been over by half time. Dallas should be lucky they escaped with a win. Dallas had them on the ropes early but they were able to battle back. I'm sure the Mavs are happy they won but they better not get too happy. They could've broken the backs of the Warriors early on and have the starters sitting on the bench with the hands on their chins/heads down going into game 6. instead they battled back and with how the last 30 seconds unfolded, it'll only makes the Warriors play even harder in game 6.

Wow! What a choke by the Warriors! They had us down for the kill, and couldn't finish.
15-0 run to finish the game by the Mavs, that will really plant some doubt in the minds of the of the playoff rooks

Mavs didn't deserve to win that game...

they have been outplayed all series long and are just barely hanging in there for each game...

Easy. They scored the last 15 and won the game. Lead changes don't matter, it is who wins that matters. And wins in the playoffs usually come in the last few minutes.

You don't sound like a Dallas fan. Why is it when Dallas wins they don't deserve to, but when GS does they earned it as the underdog? Is that a double standard or what.

Deserve? They made plays at the end of the game, Warriors didn't.

No doubt its been a handful for them tho, but they finally were able to overtake the Warriors when the Warriors had things going. Definite momentum change and gave the Mavs a huge shot of needed confidence.

Baron got it in Game 2. But you know there are a lot of trash talkers out there in the NBA. Look at Rasheed. Bleh. Lame.

this looked worse than Baron's. Its like bam bam....I haven't looked at it closely but from the replay that TNT showed, that was way over the line by the refs if you ask me.

What BS! Dallas was getting away with murder on the boards, they should've never even been in position to mount a comeback.

I love watching Dirk make clutch shots. Seems like it's been a while since that has happened. I remember the day I became a big dirk fan - it was against san antonio. He had a spectacular performance that included getting a false tooth knocked out. I think that was, unfortunately, also the season where juwon howard knocked derek anderson out for the playoffs.

Of course, I also love watching Baron Davis make clutch shots. Glad he can still perform at a pretty high level after all these years of constant physical ailments.

So, no matter who wins this series, I'm going to be happy.

Why should the refs go no calls at the end of the game to let the players "play it out"? Why can't the game be about the players "playing it out" the entire game? Just more proof that sports is all about money and money drives these series. The NBA wants more games and wants to "make a series" out of it so the NBA nudged the game (via the refereeing) so the Mavs win. Simple as that. Refs calling fouls that aren't fouls on one end and not calling muggings on the other end. They can't be that blind. You mark my words...one day it will come out that the NBA has instructed, on more than one occassion, that the outcome of games are not so much based on team ability but $$$$.

Here we go with the conspiracy theories. They happen every year in every sport.

i can see why theres more conspiracy theories in NBA, since the refs have so much more power than in baseball. NFL too, you could probably find a penalty on every play in the NFL. I think on the one where Baron fouled out, the ref must have thought Baron was trying to foul him to stop the clock because that was a horrible call.

Conspiracy theories here are for the weak-minded and miss the boat entirely. Especially since its obvious Baron Davis gets more foul calls because he's black!

That call on BD towards the end was total BS. How come Stephen Jackson gets ejected for clapping but Jason Terry doesn't for throwing BD down? I just hope the warriors win next game because it'll be difficult to win in dallas. too bad i'm in LA and not oakland otherwise I would go to that game.
