What more can you ask for? Golf & beautiful light. Too bad I didn't play better, but our match last night was pretty even.

From May until approximately the end of October, when snow usually flies. The course is in great shape, the greens are pretty perfect at the moment. It needs some additional bunkering to make it perfect. There are not too many members, and I've only made a tee time once this year! The only downside to that is that it doesn't make too much money for improvements. So far this year I've probably been out almost a hundred times, probably 50 nine holes and 50 18

Lucky guy. I think I've been out 6 times this whole year. What are your greens fees like? Don't tell me $20 or I'll kill you.

Well, I'm glad I don't live too close to you then ... with my yearly membership fees paid for at the beginning of the year, I figure I average about $6 per nine holes

My golf league was last night too - and one of my playing partner's last name as Patt... weird!

I shot a 39 (3 over par) - with an awful triple bogey. WOOHOO! My best score of the year. Now I just need to get rid of the blow-up hole each round.

Thanks Patt! Those are great - I absolutely love the third pic, it could be a poster! What a fantastic shot with the rainbow. The course looks great. I am so jealous of your beautiful province. As you know I have been there and I would leave Ontario in a SECOND to move to Alberta - it is truly one of the gems of this great land. Not to say that Ontario isn't magnificent - but hey, I live near Windsor ... not exactly the mecca of nature! It's VERY flat here in most areas, in fact my favourite local course reminds me a lot of Hamilton GCC which is hilly with nice elevation changes.
