Good 600+ PSU that isn't expensive?

Thinking of replacing the PSU in my main rig and have been looking around for something that has solid performance without being too expensive. Most seem to be around $150 but I'd like to keep it to around $100. Any recommendations?

Thanks. The JonnyGuru review was excellent as well on this PSU. I hate rebates but this one is worthwhile.

Is there some problem with your current PSU? The specs look pretty good.

Not yet but I just had another Ultra PSU suddenly die in my server rig and I'm concerned about the brand. Got these at Tigerdirect on sale and worry the one in my main rig will suddenly quit too.
