The Xigmatek HDT-S963 gets my nod at the $25 price point but, it's got a $10 MIR right now too!

I am going to 1 up that with his bigger brother KINGWIN Revolution RVT-12025 - $24!
At either of these price points, there is not one cooler that can outperform either of these Can't go wrong.

Neit! the HDT have exposed heatpipes in the base, the RVT do not. There is a 120mm HDT but, it's currently not on sale and is about $40.

No, I am afraid you are mistaken - Picture
Xigmatek just started selling their CPU coolers through Kingwin when they initially entered the North American market. Now they sell under their own brand. But that Kingwin and the 120mm Xigmatek are identical in all respects, other than the box and the sticker on the fan.

If you can fit it in your case, you're not going to beat this cooler. Frostytech now rates it as the #1 775 heatsink available. Every other site reviewing it has given it similar high ratings. The only difference between the Xigmatek and the rebranded Kingwin going for $24 is the fan. For $24 you are getting something almost as good as the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme.

The top-down version isn't bad either, if you want another option.
