Good benchmarks....

I'm on a quest to test/abuse/push my system to see what it can do. I'm not expecting a whole lot, but I'm curious.

What are the best benchmarks for...

graphics:
I/O:
memory:
CPU:

Provide links if you can. I tried 3DMark2000 and 2001, but both those borked my system. O well.

O yeah, and I'd like something that is user-friendly please

oh yeah, forgot something else...

Isn't there a built-in demo benchmark thing for Q3? Maybe something that gives you your high-low FPS for the demo?

i'm not sure about your other benchmarking questions

but for quake3

you can run the timedemo

for 1.29f, just go to console and and type timedemo1, and then in the main menu run the demo
it won't give you a high low fps, but it will give you an average fps
