I would agree that the Lammle book and the Cisco Press books for the CCNA exam would be the best starting points. Lammle's Router Sim is pretty good too. When I took the CCNA exam, I used the Lammle book for the most part and the Router Sim. In fact, I would recommend the Lammle book over the Cisco Press book if I had to choose just one. Then, right before taking the exam, I took the Transcenders to ensure that I was ready. Cisco recently changed the format of the exam to include router simulation items, but since you went through the academy, you should have no problem with those items. Good Luck!
