Whatever color is created by mixing cheetos, sweat and soul crushing defeat at life's unforgiving and relentless weight.
Best to show up with a low to mid range handcarved pipe. You dont want to show up with like a $1000 ivory diamond encrusted type of deal, but any 30$-90$ briar should work.
People tend to trust people wearing blue. It is a researched and documented phenomenon.
Wear blue.
I don't think I've been to an interview not in a white shirt and a tie. I don't care what the job is for, dress for success!
Too much.. but I maintain blue shirt and khakis.
relaxed or boot cut khakis look nice with a good pair of boots.
I am thinking:
Light blue long sleeve shirt
No tie
Black undershirt
Black belt
Relax cut jeans
Black boots

Thank you. I read the article you linked to
Who else thinks I should wear blue?
Just in case you are not smart enough to know I am joking around.
Do not wear suspenders and a straw sombrero with a blue painted face smoking a pipe. It will probably not help you get the job.
I'd wear a khaki button up work shirt, and a white undershirt. You should look like you're ready to work *right now*, and whenever I see someone wear dark colors in the heat, I think "idiot". IOW, you should be able to take the button up shirt off to work, and not look like an idiot.
I have a boonie hat, will that work instead of a straw hat?

Today is the big day.
Going with:
Black long sleeve shirt
Light gray carhart undershirt
Jeans
Black belt
Brown and black boots
Black long sleeve shirt
"business casual" can not be used in conjunction with jeans.
When you hit jeans you have crossed into the casual threshold.
