I am going to wait and see what kind of deals surface near release date. Disney stores may have some kind of promotion ala the Snow White promotion last year where you got a free DVD with purchase of Snow White.

Monsters Inc was pretty much THE BEST pixar movie to date IMHO. A little bit better even than the toy story series. As for pre ordering, well they don't charge your card till they ship, so why not? heheh

You should look into ordering from deepdiscountdvd.com - it's the only place I order anymore. Never had a problem, preorders often show up on Friday before Tuesday release, prices are usually very competitive and free shipping is the deciding factor!

I'm another satisfied DeepDiscountDVD customer. They ship very quickly, and I've never had any problems. Heck, once I pre-ordered a movie, and got it the Saturday before it was released into stores. Just got the greenday international supervideos from deepdiscountdvd for $16.63 shipped.. Not bad. they use First Class mail, no tracking so if the USPS decides to lose it, its not trackable. Took about 1 week to get my dvd.

i've been happy with deepdiscountdvd.com but i did have a problem with my last order. i ordered a handful of dvd's shipped priority mail, one was out of stock, they shipped it media mail when it came back in stock.........it took over two weeks just to get that last dvd. not a huge deal, but still kinda bothered me.

DeepDiscountDVD is FREE shipping, but you certainly get what you pay for. Its like sub book rate shipping, I ordered from them and it took FOREVER adn 5 minutes for my DVD to show.... its like somehow they pay the USPS for some huge bulk rate to get these DVDs and just MAKE them not ship them forever, I don't understand how it could be SLOWER than standard but it is.....

It's been more than 3 weeks and I have not gotten the DVDs I ordered from deepdiscountdvd.com. I e-mailed them and they said that some orders are delayed and that they'd resend them if they didn't arrive this week.
