Good/decent gaming/music headphones

Sony MDRV600.. screw on 1/4" adapter, uber comfortable, great signal reproduction, loud, and folding. what more could you ask for for $70?

First, he could ask that they be in stock However, these cans are fine for hip-hop, but otherwise have been widely panned by people who know headphones. The MDR-V6 (and later the MDR-7506...which basically have the exact same specs as the V6) are considered by many to be one of the best set of cans under $100. Etronics carries both. They've been widely used in radio and TV studios for over a decade. I've got 2 pairs of the V6, highly recommended.

I have the Seinheisser HD 555 and they are an incredible pair of heaphones. I just don't like the open air because I can't use them for much else because everyone can hear what I'm listening to. I use the RealTek onboard sound on my A8N SLI 32 Deluxe board and it sounds beautifully. I don't know what I would do without these, to be quite honest.

I have the ATH-A500, it is pure auditory bliss. They are pretty big but really comfortable and gaming is so much more fun with them. 3D positioning/soundstage is very good and I am able to hear ppl through the walls. ;p

Make sure to get the ATH-A500 not the AD-A500, because closed headphones gives you isloation which is better for gaming. Audiocubes is a great company and highly regarded.

Just got my IOGEAR wireless bluetooth stereo headphones that also comes with mobile phone attachment that can make phone calls thru your blutooth cell phone.

Needed something that would work with my laptop/desktop and give me more liberty to move about.
It fits over both ears and down behind the neck.
