Thanks all, what it was is that I had it configure but I didn't know it does it one at a time. I have no patience at all!!

One more question on Thunderbird, how do you default the replies to start at the top of the email instead of the bottom after the old message? So, another word, everytime I reply an email, the curor is at the very bottom. It's annoying as people think I have not written anyting on the reply. I also noticed, TB has no signature support. Very surprised. It may not have all the bells and whistles but beats the heck outta OL. I wasted so much time troublehshooting that MS crap.

Abhoth,
I'm also testing Eurdora, how did you configure multiple POPs? It seems like it only let's set the 1 POP with 1 SMTP. I couldn't find anything on this on the site. Their features saids it supports but I can't seem to find it.

TIA

Your outgoing SMTP is the same for most email clients... the incoming POP for Eudora is configured in the personalities section. When you set up Eudora you generally set up your primary email address, Eudora calls it the Dominant... In the personalities tab simply right click and click on New to create another email account to check up on....

When it comes to Hotmail and the like... it can be more difficult. I don't check Hotmail with Eudora any longer as it's so spammed out. But at one time I used a little program called Hotmail Popper in order to check through non-Outlook mail clients.

I've been using Eudora for a few years now. It works great for me. I have about 6 different email accounts setup through it.

I've been using Eudora for <gasp> nearly twelve (yes 12) years. I think I started with version 1.1 or something like that. I'm sitting on version 5.something right now, as I am too lazy to upgrade to version 6. Anyway, Eudora is pretty good. Lots of features without having to know how to use or configure them all. The multiple addresses ("personalities") works pretty well, only, AFAIK, you need to create your own filters if you want the incoming mail routed to different "inboxes".

To top-post instead of bottom-post. Tools -> Account Settings -> Composition & Addressing. Second option from top is to start your reply either above or below the quoted original message.

Signature support. Tools -> Account Settings. The first screen that pops up (click on the name of the account if necessary) has an "Attach this signature" option.

This was just checked on TB 0.5 on Win32. There are also a lot of other great options you may want to explore.
