Good enough PSU to overclock?

I was just wondering if the Earthwatts 430W would be good enough to overclock to 3ghz on this system:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Quad Core with Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L ATX
Sapphire Radeon HD2400 Pro 525MHZ 256MB 800MHZ DDR2 PCI-E
Western Digital Caviar SE16 250GB SATA2 7200RPM 16MB 8.9MS Hard Drive
Mushkin SP PC2-6400 4GB 2X2GB DDR2-800
LG GSA-H62N SATA DVD+RW 18X8X16
120mm stock case fan
Antec TriCool 120MM Case Fan

I will also be running an external DVD burner hooked up via USB and an external 160gb HDD hooked up via usb. I am not sure how much power those use though.

The extreme.outervision calculator gave me around 350w with that system and overclocked to 3ghz. I'm not sure if that is uper accurate?

You'll pull about 330 watts when all of these items are running at full load. Most of the time, system will probably draw about 200 watts. No need to upgrade the PSU at this time.
