Good Eye place in Sacramento?

I need to have my eyes re-examined so I can buy some contact. I know some people, but they are in Southern California, so I won't be going there any time soon.

I'd like to keep the examination cheap. Maybe free if I'll buy my contacts there too. I'll be getting the 2 week contacts.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

P.S. I know I can just yellowpages or something, but I'd like recommendations to a reputable place.

hmm... my friend was just showing me some of her sample color contacts that her eye place gave her to try out before she made the final choice on color. She's a nurse and works for UC Davis Medical center but she doesn't go there for her contacts. I believe she does to Sacramento Eye Center, or is it Sacramento Contacts.

Either way, I believe it's on Howe. Cross street is Northrop.

Since I know that Kelvrick is a UCD student as well, I'll give him a BUMP.

Of course I'm a UCD student.

I was talking to UCDnam earlier, and he reminded me of Walmart. Yeah, the Walmart in woodland has an eyecenter. I think i'm going to give them a call tomorrow. I don't have any school insurance. I provided my own. Thanks for the bump.

Kaiser's eye center is in Davis. I dunno if you could have an examination without being a member, I bet you could if you paid.
