Sorry, I guess they are called cue marks, kind of like if you have a large WAV and want to quickly skip to certain parts a la a cue file. I used to use this a lot with GoldWave and FLAC decoded with Foobar2000 restored those flawlessly. Resampling for say making ringtones out of, I still use this for my own ringtones. Mono/22KHz works quite well for saving space and yielding acceptable quality... just food for thought I doubt anyone cares but it's what I use.Sorry...chaptering, in a wav file? And what do you mean by resampling/downmixing? This thread is just about converting a flac file back to wav right? Why would you want to resample?
