Good gaming mic only (no headphones)?

I'd like to use my speakers for audio and the mic for voice. Currently have a Logitech G930 which I just wrap around my neck. The audio quality is clear. Looked around and Antlion has one but it's only attachable to a headset.

I'd prefer something that maybe is clipped to a shirt, or around the neck but isn't heavy and awith an adjustable mic that can be placed near the mouth to avoid picking up keyboard chatter.

Best microphone's I've ever used for gaming were the Beamforming microphones that come with some of the better Soundblaster cards. Not the best microphones, but the most convenient. You put it on your table, aim it where your mouth is, and, voila, it doesn't pick up speaker noise at all. I run a full 5.1 system through an old receiver and no one ever hears it or gets echoes. My headset microphone sounds clearer, but the beamforming mics are good enough.

This might be overkill, but an untraditional option is a Shure SM-58 in a mic stand and a small audio interface. I used this setup back when I played World of Warcraft, and it is a very good, though expensive, option.

I have a Labtec LVA 7331 which was packaged with a very old game. It works well, but is starting to show considerable wear and tear. Unfortunately it is discontinued. I should have picked up a replacement when I had the chance.
