Good, inexpensive power supplies?

I've been looking at buying two of these for my server I'm getting together.

The ratings are pretty good, and the price is along the lines of my bargain basement server philosophy.

Are there any other inexpensive supplies that would work well?

The system in question is a dual P3, with an optical drive, and eventually, 12 hard drives.

Which according to its UL number(e223918-seen in pics of psu) is made by solytech, which IIRC are not known to be very reliable.

Some Rosewill PSU's are manufactured by FSP Fortron Source (or so I think I heard on some other forums). But that's not one of them. This PSU is a much better buy since it's of excellent quality and the same price as the Rosewill one.

I would suggest a 400W Sparkle or the 500W Fortron AX-500 if you are looking for a bit more power. These should serve you well provided you aren't trying to overload them with like X1950 Crossfire

They also cost around $50 each so IMO they are pretty good deals. The 400w sparkle has a 29A max draw (IIRC) and the 500W fortron should be around 33A since the 450W model is 29A. This is the max power draw that both +12v rails can simultaneously take.

However, you might be able to get by on just one power supply if you shell out for something higher quality, like a Corsair 520W. It's about 80 dollars when on sale at buy.com and is essentially a rebadged Seasonic unit, which is of very high quality. It's got a 40A +12v draw I believe.

Should be more than enough power, the hard drives are going to be the most power hungry part. I'll probably run most of the drives off of one power supply and use the other one to run the board.

I have a Thermaltake 430 watt PSUs. It is $30 AR ($10 rebate) w/free shipping. It has decent reviews on newegg.

Oops, nevermind. The rebate is over and they just raised the price.
