good, old school action movie?

Any of the Arnie or Stallone flicks from the mid 80s-mid 90s. All stupid and great. Ditto the early Van Damme and Segal movies. I always liked the Perfect Weapon with Jeff Speakman or whatever his name is

Corny cheese in all of them, but it was glorious. The fight scenes were well done. Those early Jackie Chan movies, especially the Hong Kong-produced ones were great.

Yeah, I think they just did it today. It's horrible. I complained about the new forum in the Forum Suggestions forum and my post got removed, though I guess it wasn't very constructive.

I just saw the preview for stallone's new rambo movie 'Last Blood'...man he looks terrible...all of those plastic surgeries are definitely catching up to him...

what are you guys talking about? It looks the same to me--just the tag under the posers name, but otherwise the post isn't really separated from the rest of the thread when I see it. I don't think I have any other scripts loaded right now, either. I do recall the first iteration of ZenForo on here had the OP separate in its own box with, I think, locked scrolling? was garbage.

Sounds like you need some classic Hong Kong action movies. Some of the best action movies I've ever seen are from Hong Kong, and they still tend to make modern Hollywood movies look lame in comparison, even on a shoestring budget.

John Woo's "Hard Boiled" is a masterpiece in this regard. Some of the most insane action sequences I've seen in a movie. No CGI.
