I used to buy a lot of Crucial memory especially PC133. Now I only buy that for work computers, systems that won't be running any games and stuff like that, pure work. Samsung ram seems good too especially for the price. For my personal system and gaming systems I've used Kingston, Corsair and Mushkin. All three are good, but in the end I tend to choose Mushkin. Kingston has been inconsistent for me when it comes to overclocking. Corsair always overclocks well for me but seemed to react strange in some boards, especially the new 865/875 p4 boards. Mushkin hasn't given me any problems, and has lived up to all expectations. But all that depends. Just choose any of these brands and you are good to go, none of them 'suck'.
