Good pre-workout?

Looking for a pre-workout, I've tried a few including BSN N.O. Xplode 2.0, but because of my caffeine tolerance, it didn't do much. Nothing really seemed to get me pumped, but regardless of what I took I did have a decent sustained amount of energy.

Also, on a side note, are there any worthwhile MRPs? Because of my job, I don't always have a lot of time to hork down a meal as it would kill the flow of work.

I am a fan of the original jack3d with the dmaa..
newer one I have tried that I like is MTS Clash

ronnie coleman's myo-blitz XS is a bit much for me. about 2/3 scoops is enough for me

a lot of people like C4. I have used it once, it was OK.

I'm sure I am leaving some out, but I have tried a few. I am not a fan of NO based products like the NO Xplode.

everyone reacts differently to pre workouts one that hits me hard may do nothing for someone else.

I've tried C4 also and was definitely not satisfied. I'll check out jack3d and maybe the Ronnie Coleman one. I just feel the ones I've tried, which are like half of what you have, just don't have the umph in them. Thanks though.

A light protein and carb mix as a scientific study showed this will increase protein absorption during the workout. I will do either a shake or sardines/organic tortilla chips. If you need energy, E/C/A stack is all you need. You can get the ephedrine from OTC Bronkaid.

Creatine optional, I usually put this in my post workout shake.

That's all pre workout supplements are. I read up on them several years ago. Basically, there are 4 chemicals that can show benefit in certain quantities. One is caffeine. Most pre-workout workout supplements are loaded with caffeine. That's why you get a "buzz". The other chemicals are in there as part of the "proprietary blend" on the list of ingredients. Problem is that labs showed that all pre workout supplements (all that were tested which were most of the popular ones) had the chemicals that do anything in such small quantities that they essentially did nothing.

Creatine Monohydrate is one of the things that can actually help you. Just buy it raw and mix it with your whey. Then drink 24 ounces of coffee and go lift. It will do more than any of the "proprietary blends". Actually, Creatine Monohydrate is something you need to take daily to show benefit a week later and then you keep taking it in order to maintain it.

Ephedrine is pretty powerful as well but people are scared of it for some reason. It's the only other beta b fat blocker along with caffeine which is why the e/c/a stack is so effective at fat loss and energy at the same time. Caffeine crashes me pretty hard so I don't mess with it often, usually only before an exam since it seems to speed up my short term memory. Aspirin is pretty much optional but thinner blood is going to get that circulation going faster.
