I'm trying to eat more fish in my diet, and I need a tasty way to prepare tuna fish, the kind out of the can. Something simple, something quick, yet good. I have no ideas other than to mix it with mayo and make sandwiches. Please help!

Tuna salad

Tuna fish
finely diced celery
finely diced carrots
mayo (miracle whip if you want to cut the fat)
boiled elbows or macaroni
finely chopped red peppers

done! spread on some lightly toasted bread and enjoy :wine:

EDIT: forgot to mention some salt and pepper as seasoning. If you want a kick, add some paprika or cheyenne

you don't need a recipe at all if you wait until you are very hungry.
but for tuna sandwiches, this is a good mix:
one can tuna
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp mustard
finely chopped iceberg lettuce (1/2 cup)
minced red onion (1/2 tbsp)
a few dashes pepper
refrigerate about 30 minutes

You can sautee a can of tuna in oil with some diced onion add some some red pepper flakes and soy and serve it with noodles.....

Spicy tuna noodle------> Ogg original

isn't it redundant to say tuna fish as tuna is already a fish? just like ATM machine.....i've always called tuna, tuna, not tuna-fish.
