The point of 120hz is to watch with interpolation *off* so you get perfect 5:5 with movies.

But yeah, buying from Costco is always nice.

ahhh i see, but my primary applicatino will be gaming....and an article i read said that stay away from 120hz for some reason? meh im still super happy, and cnan always return it for 90 days. are the 120s better for tv as well? iirc they said only good for blu-ray or movies.


edit: the buyers remorse has set in, thinking i shouldve ponied up for the 120hz version....watched salt and it was beautiful though, need to get some HD cable channels and it will be better =D

If you want to dish out $100 more, you can go with a Panasonic Viera TC-P42S2.

Picked one up last week and I'm loving it. Huge value for the money.

Circuit city emailed me today with a 550 buck vizio razor led 120hz(1080p?) LCD.

I assume you will have to add tax and shipping. but thats a nice price for one of those.
