I have a HP dv5020... I want to be able to watch tv on my pc. What type of card should I get, I dont want to spend more than $100... my concern is that (for the next 8 weeks) I am going to be in South America(they may use a diff signal, or frequency, whatever.. I dont know), and then back to the US... will I need to consider this when buying the card???...
The more little things the card comes with..the better... but minimun a remote control, and being able to "scan" the local channels wherever I may be....so that I can at least get the local channels..whether here or in South America.
I am looking at this one for $60
Sicuro TV Cardbus PCMCIA TV Tuner + Video Capture + FM Radio card for Laptop - Watch TV on your notebook!
