my interviews were via phone only. they like to know who you are, why you want to change jobs (if that's the case), what you can bring to the table, etc. then they get more technical in each successive interview. i cannot say what they will ask you on your second interview if you go that far as it's different per department, but your first interview will likely be with a recruiter who is going to just get a sense of who you are what if you're worth considering by the company.
thanks tami. your last two posts were extremely helpful! i figured that they would ask more behavioral type questions but the recruiter indicated in the email that i might be asked some technical questions. also in the position i'm applying it for, it states that i should be VERY comfortable with valuations, capm, apt, and other complex financial stuff.
i realllllllllly want this, so sorry, i know im being overly paranoid.
