Except you don't actually debate your points. You come in and pick one or two very simple posts and reply with a line or two of ignorant bullshit every 20 posts or so.
You just said you would correct someone and make them feel like an idiot for saying "Happy Holidays" yet you have never once said why you think someone who doesn't believe in Christmas or your Christ should pretend that they do. Why wouldn't that be MORE insulting than "happy holidays"? Even worse is you said "if" and not "when people say" which implies that you don't hear it very often at all which kind of goes against your entire "was on Christmas" thing.
That is insane, I am not a "full time troll" and I dont get paid. You disagree with me so would prefer to shut me down than debate. That is cowardly and typical of the left.
To me it just doesn't fly on the actual holiday. If its Christmas its Christmas it isn't Presidents day or some other holiday. Plus it was my friend that was saying "happy holiday" or "merry seasons" or some other such nonsense. I don't really think it is polite to generalize Christmas as "holiday". Especially considering that most of the people you run into celebrate Christmas. You say Happy Holidays to people, even on Xmas, because you still do not know if they celebrate and it is better to be inclusive of everyone than to say it to someone that doesn't celebrate. It is just polite.
I explained this, For many religions Christmas is not actually part of the religion but they still celebrate it and wish Merry Christmas. Why do you think they shouldn't say Merry Christmas since its not part of the religion but they still celebrate it?
Even Richard Dawkins wishes people a Merry Christmas but he is an atheist, because its a joyous occasion and there is nothing wrong with wishing people a Merry Christmas.
I dont hear "happy holidays" often but I still hear it.
And the war on Christmas is orchestrated in many ways, you know taking out the nativity scenes, STEALING THE BABY JESUS FROM A NATIVITY SCENE --http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/12/26/baby-jesus-stolen-from-ohio-nativity-scene/?test=latestnews

Every time Richard Dawkins says "Merry Christmas," I'm assuming he's just giving me marching orders as an atheist to go commit random acts of petty vandalism in the name of not God.HOLY SHIT!!!! Some jackass stole the baby Jesus from a nativity scene, I had no idea the war had escalated to the point that the best example you can give is some thieving asshole. Heck, Richard Dawkins probably gave the order himself and the "Merry Christmas" stuff he says is just his cover.

I'm not really bothered by it though.

It doesn't make sense to go around saying "happy holiday" on the day of Christmas to avoid saying it to the 1% of the people you meet that doesn't celebrate it either. You'll end up offending more people by not saying merry Christmas. It makes no sense to say merry christmas to someone that doesn't celebrate, period. You wouldn't say happy yom kipper to someone that isn't jewish either...

If you know somebody doesn't celebrate Christmas then you shouldn't say Merry Christmas. My friends on facebook know I celebrate Christmas but I got happy holidays instead.

If someone is offended that a complete stranger doesn't wish them a Merry Christmas, then they are a shitty person and no one should care if they are offended.
I've never met one of these people who get offended by being wished a Merry Christmas. Are you making shit up, again? Then can we say the same thing if someone gets offended by getting wished a Merry Christmas?
You know how you militant Christians can get back at the rest of us? You can say "Merry Christmas" for every holiday, not just Christmas!
Spoiled, that's all... And want to force feed this to you. What makes so bad is that the whole day is a lie and a cash cow for retailers and greedy family member/freinds. My guess would be that Jesus would be looking down in disgust at this lie being told in his name, and how it has almost nothing to do with him.
If somebody is offended by hearing "Merry Christmas" in a country where 99% of the people celebrate it then they are idiotic twats. If you're trying not to offend as many people as you can then saying Merry Christmas will make that happen. If someone is offended that a complete stranger doesn't wish them a Merry Christmas, then they are a shitty person and no one should care if they are offended.
If you read the article there were a lot of complaints over this though.
I believe people should say Merry Christmas but if someone says happy holidays to me I will respond back and correct them and make them feel stupid.
