Its funny, you evidently have no problem with big business doing nothing but exploit Christmas for their own monetary gain as long as they say Merry Christmas but if someone or some entity says Happy Holidays you get all pissy. Personally I would be pissed at the exploitation part and wouldn't give a fuck about the later but thats just me.
Remember that they are responding to the market/customers, the customers are the ones who buy the products, the Christmas season starts roughly around November to mid-November and the customers want that. So what is the problem? Even if corporations start selling early, it is the customers who actually buy them
