About to order some 512mb Kingston pc2700 hyper-x ram from them. The price is good and they have free shipping. I checked resellerratings, and they have a decent score. Just curious if anybody has had any bad experiences buying from them.

I have had good experiece with them. Usually I buy from Mwave or Newegg, but they had some things I needed, and they did well fast delivery.

I have ordered 6 times from them in the last 12-13 months. I have had no problems. I ordered 3 motherboards, 3 P4's 1.6a Northwoods, Antec case, modems, and much memory.

All good and quick shipping. I also use newegg somewhat on deals only.

They seem to be a great store. I've ordered on 2 seperate occasions with no problems. Got 2x256 of pc3200 corsair and gigabye 8sq800 motherboard from them and they are currently working and came on time and everything.

I also had a good experience. Ordered an Athlon XP 2100, A7N8X Deluxe, and 512MB Corsair RAM. At the time their prices were a decent chunk lower than newegg's, which is why I ordered from them. Took them a day longer to pack and ship than newegg, but not a big deal to me.

Thumbs up for googlegear, how much you paying for that Hyper-X? Excaliber PC has PC3000 Hyper-X for $90 per 512mb stick, worth checking out IMO.

I've been using them for years. Good CPU and Corsair prices. Never had to do a return though.

They have great prices, extremely cheap shipping, but Lord help you if you ever need to return anything.

Heard the same thing. If you do a search on the forums, you see the same thing. I prefer to pay extra for Newegg, cause sh#t sometimes does happen.

Googlegear is often a couple dollars cheaper than newegg for the same cpus and memory, plus shipping is usually 50 cent 2 day air

Yep, newegg doesn't have the part. So I just ordered from googlegear. And so begins the wait for the ram to arrive....
