You don't need a 'special' power supply - but you do need one that supplies enough power. It also needs to either have a PCIe power connector to connect to the card, or you need free 4 pin connectors to connect to an adapter like this one (it will come with your card).

Depends on the other components nad the PSU's brand. If you have a good name brand PSU then anything above 400W that isn't older than 1,5 years will do. I use a Seasonic OEM PSU in my setup and using a Watt meter to measure power consumption the computer never draws more than 210W.

It's the GTX that requires 2. The GTS needs only one. Also the 8800's come with an adapter for a standard 12v plug.

If it has only one 12v rail with 15A then it must be pretty ancient... I ran my 8800 GTS for a while on my ol Seasonic 400W with one rail and 18A on it, but 15A might be pushing it, especially if it were/is a non-name PSU.
This Seasonic will do for now if you're coupling this with a Core 2 Duo with maybe 2 HDs and a soundcard; but I'd get a 430W one so you won't have to upgrade your PSU on your next upgrade again. The 430W is somewhat more expensive though.

And for those saying 330W is not enough, I actually tested my rig with a Watt meter and power consumption under load has never been higher than 210W, while the Seasonic with an 80+% efficiency should do 264W, which is enough to spare.

No chance. Get a proper power supply rather than some cheap junk that came with your case.
