Looks ok.
Except googletalk.exe usually runs from the Program group not from Users.

What program(s) did you use to clean your computer?

Used a combo of Malwarebytes, Avast, Hitman Pro, and the automated script in the security forum. And MS security essentials at first, but ended up swapping that for avast cause I think it works better.

MSE and Avast are about the same, no winner...all have specific qualities that make them different.
As for your cleaning, files are missing, so how about pop in the O/S disc and repair. Otherwise, looks good. Any concern about a process, you should check here http://www.pcpitstop.com/libraries/process/

Your HijackThis log shows that you are using a 64 bit system, SysWOW64. Scanning a 64 bit OS with HijackThis will show log entries for missing files that are not missing, especially in the 023 section. Check to make sure the files reported missing are in their folders before doing an unnecessary OS repair.

^but wouldn't you want to do a system repair with the OS disc?...a trojan can be a pesky one, depends, but still to be on the clear side, let it repair, and it'll do a CHDSK and you'll know if things are ok....(that's unless you've actually encountered rootkit malware)

His HijackThis log is clean. Why do you keep insisting that he do a repair install? A repair install will only replace files altered by viruses or malware, but will not fix a virus or malware problem. Only a complete re-install of his OS will insure that he's virus free, but from his HijackThis log it looks like he has eliminated all of them. To be sure he can re-scan his system again for viruses. If his system is running fine, he's done.

As an option, he can schedule a CHDSK on his C drive on the next boot by clicking on Computer, right click on C drive, Properties, Tools, Error Checking, Check Now, check Automatically fix file system errors, Start.
