got all the parts...now what?

Got the case, mobo, processor, ram, and video card.

Now what do i do?

i keep hearing about testing, burning in the ram, etc......

YIKES!

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good tutorial?

Put it together and make sure it works first. RTFM before doing so. Install all drivers. Run memtest and Prime95 to make sure its stable. Good luck.

Get your case unpacked and start by installing the motherboard studs into the holes that will match the holes in your motherboard. Knock out the case's I/O panel and put your Asus one in its place (this is the plate that the motherboard's ports peek out of).

RTFM = Read The Fantastic Manual and that's your next step. It shows how to install the CPU and its heatsink, the memory and the video and PCI cards. The guide linked above should help with that and the subsequent steps.

Read the manual. Most problems are cauaed by skipped steps by people assuming they know what they are doing. It is also a good idea to search through the forums for the different components you have to familiarize yourself with problems others have had so you will be prepared for them. Saves some time and headaches.
