The boss proceeds to curse him out in front of the customer(probably so he doesn't have to own up to his msitake) for doing a bad job. My friend is pissed now and points out the problem in front of the customer. That didn't make the boss too happy at all. Finally they're outta time and have to leave to come back and finish it the next day. They get back to the truck and my friend sees the boss's weed pipe sitting on the seat full of crud and still warm. Now he knows why the thing was coming out so terrible and asks the boss why the double standard on smoking? That sealed his fate and the douche canned him right there. I guess he should have known when to shut up.

Dipshit is also a huge pothead. He's actually bought weed from my previous co-worker before. And yes, he smokes at work. He says it helps him sell better.

My advice, unless you absolutely have to, don't go back to work there. Collect unemployment and look for a new job. It sounds like with the way they are running that business they'll be going under soon anyway. They'll either see the error of their ways or they'll go broke. My money is on the second one.

Ok, so I've filed my appeal for unemployment. Gave them all the information about what happened how long I've worked there etc... I'm sure dipshit will contest it though. It may be his father's decision though so I'm not sure how it's all gonna work out.

Either way, my brother has set up an interview for me on Tuesday for Fedex. It's loading but it pays $2.50 more an hour than I was making at Bennett's and I can eventually move up to a driving job if I can get in good with some of the route owners which is where you can really make some good money if you have the right route.

Assuming all is as you stated, this seems like a perfect wrongful termination suit. Especially if you let their lawyer know that you have witnessed dipshit using CDS on the job. You don't even have to mention it to the authorities, just to his lawyer. It is highly unlikely that a mom and pop will have any documentation of prior events to justify termination. That is if this isn't shens.
