You have to be an ubernoob to find yourself unable to buy Batman because you and your mom owe blockbuster $6

Why do you make comments like that? So much weaving and lies in this thread, forceful inputs of misinformation, not once was it mentioned anywhere that I did not end up buying Batman, how did you come to your conclusion sir?

using an account to make a deposit for retail purchase = has to do with your account = end of story.

17.99, everywhere else it was 19.99, they had a promotion going for the cheap deal, thus why I made the deposit. Gotta love the flamers here, it's almost like you want to make people annoyed just to see what happens. You guys would make a good bunch of lawyers, seriously, if you weren't half idiots Taking the world by storm from behind your computer screens, doing justice where there is need, dark cyber knights, Mmmm, too much Batman

http://entertainment.circuitci...city-prod&store=Movies

what a deal you got.

OH MY GOD YOU ARE SO INTELLIGENT USA PRICING REALLY IS GOOD COMPARED TO CANADA GOD IF ONLY I COULD INSURE MY MOTORCYCLE AND PAY 500 instead of 5000 THAT WOULD BE AMAZING OH GOSH...wait, I already did that?

I take it that you want to be my reciever in the USA? I will buy items, ship them to your address, you will open them for me, repackage them and send them to me as a "gift" to avoid taxes and customs at the border, and once a year I will buy you something for your troubles? Sound good? Let me know, I always knew someone would volunteer.

You know, there's a lot of decaffeinated brands on the market that are just as tasty as the real thing.

When you're sounding like a douche it's easy to make up another phony story to try and cover your ass.

rofl what phony story? I told him exactly what happened, get over it already, you were wrong and jumped to stupid conclusions, flaming me and now looking stupid. Unless of course, the manager was on drugs, or maybe the manager should lose his job because he doesn't know what he's doing and obviously the jerk employee was in the right? Knowing ATOT that is probably the case...

you weren't right. they just did that to keep your business. they'd rather take the $6 loss than lose more in the long run.

An apology from the manager, and an admission that the employee was wrong, sounds about right to me. Use your logic, the keyword "wrong" was used by blockbuster, that means, that I am "right". If it was truly an unjust matter, I am sure the manager would not fold and do the same thing the employee did.

Sorry now you are just emitting "KRAZY TALK", trying to make something what it's not. Here is where I get to strut my 5 year old maturity level:

You were wrong, na na na NAA NAAAAH!!!

Wow, first time speaking with a manager? They do this kind of thing all the time.

Surely you didn't expect us to be surprised the manager did that for you, did you? Someone even mentioned that had you spoken to the mgr in the first place, he would've taken off your $6. Guess what happened? Yeah, thought so.

True, I diden't feel like creating a huge hassle, it was a full house there tuesday, I honestly just wanted to GTFO and go on about my business, that's just how nice of a guy I am, considerate of others waiting in line on a busy day

I still don't understand what this idiot had to complain about. In the end, the CSR let you bypass the balance and just pay for the movie. Did he hurt your precious little feelings? Somebody grab a tissue STAT, and call the wahhhmbulance. The CSR did his job by the way, and won't hear a peep from his manager about it. Well, except to laugh their asses off about how big of a douche you truly are. Congrats!

I think everyone should have to work in retail for at least a few months to get an understanding of how much people suck (like the OP).

Man this DVad3r really gets foaming at the mouth pretty easily huh?
Does anyonhe really believe he went back to the same store the next day?
These threads always go the same way, guy feels "taken by the man" posts, gets told that he is the idiot, then posts a wonderful story about how he made the situation right.
Nice try Darth.

No, it's still you who is stupid and petty.

The manager decided that it was worth pretending you were right to keep you as a customer even though he secretly thinks you're a dumbass.

And probably by "yes I'll talk to that SA and let him know he was wrong" he meant "I'll give that SA a reassuring pat on the back and let him know you have to deal with these customers sometimes".

This. I can promise you the minute you turned and walked away the manager muttered "what a dumb f'ing mf'er." Just because business may concede their correct position in the name of customer service, doesn't mean that you were right. It's just a smart business move.

You, sir, are the idiot.
