Pain knows the stapler, do not compress the handles for the flesh is delicate and the car is fast. So retract the pen before the straw penetrates the sandy fruit.
Dude, you are lucky to be alive. Definitely get in contact with a doc though.
Jesus, the guy wakes up the next day, says he feels fine and you all want him to see a lawyer. If he is OK, why the need to get a lawyer and sue? Simply an opportunity to get money for no reason?
Then everyone wonders why the north american economy went into the dumpers while thinking they could have a new house, a new car, a new boat and a reacreational home ... all without earning it.
Drives me nuts.

congratulations, you're going to be rich

As someone who defends these types of cases...no, he's not going to be rich. After he goes to his third lawyer, he'll find someone who JUST passed the bar and will give him the following advice: Keep seeing your doctor, even if you aren't hurt, that way when they ask about your treatment, it'll look good. The short-sleeved polyester shirted deadbeat lawyer will refer him to a no-fault massage/chiro/qi mill and the 5 yr process begins. The atty will realize 5 years from now that the case blows goats and will call me begging for $750 because his case doesn't pass threshold...then comes the sad summary judgment motion...I win. then plaintiff will be out pocket money, 5 years of his life will have been spent thinking about his millions, and he will join the "idiots-who-took-the-file-the-lawsuit" advice...
But it does put food on my table...so file a lawsuit ()
He was probably sexting.wow, that's a real truck, not some F150
sitting up high like that i wonder why he wasn't looking further ahead in traffic.
So that they can cause accidents like this? Those jerks...And people wonder why motorcyclists lane split...
I feel the same way. I didnt see a lawyer or anything. I felt fine, there is no reason to file a lawsuit. I still feel fine now.
