You have just been TAGGED!
Put these words in your post: I'm it!
Also, if you can, post who tagged you. Like, I'm it, tagged by Barack Obama.
This is a tag game. Someone fooled you to come to this topic by posting False or Untrue informations (aka links). Try and do the same!
PSA: If you're so drunk that you pass out before you're able to pull out of your parking spot, you should have called a taxi.
so he was trying to pull out of the spot and passed out? with the engine running?
sigh.
Maybe his driver's licence should be branded with "I can't control myself, don't give me alcohol"

Lo and behold, my chance to educate the educator :biggrin:
DUI= Driving under the influence
DWI= Driving while impaired
I don't think there is much legal difference between the two. Just different terminology though I do think DWI is a better term. You could just be ass tired and you are driving, that means you are DWI.
Unless DrPizza there is actually 2 different charges in your area? If so do elaborate.
Engine wasn't running, but the ignition was on. Under 21, too. Parked on the side of the road in a no parking zone.
After four , you shouldn't even have a license.

Let's see how many people miss that.
DUI/DWI/OUI/OWI - driving/operating while/under intoxicated/influence
Same difference.
The NH DUI statute specifies that it is operating or in physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating beverage or controlled drug. Driving while sleepy may constitute another offense, but not DUI.
